General conditions
1.You can register for the course in person, by phone or e-mail.
2. Course fee and course cancellation
2.1. If the number of students is insufficient, the Personal Development Center -Lore reserves the right to assign the student to another group or to cancel the course.
2.2. If the course is canceled by Lore, the student is entitled to a full refund.
2.3. If a student is placed in a different group, the course fee is modified accordingly after consultation with the student and with his or her consent.
2.4. If the student cancels the course before it starts, Personal Development Center -Lore reserves the right to retain the prepayment referred to in point 3.
2.5. Resignation from the course by the participant during its duration does not exempt the student from the full course fee.
2.6. Once the course has started, the student is not entitled to a refund. In special cases, as determined by the Personal Development Center - Lore, the student may join another group.
3. The condition for entering a person on the list of participants is to make a prepayment of €100 to the account number NL07RABO0191973599 Personal Development Center - Lore.
3.1. The total payment for the course should be made no later than the specified date on the invoice, to the account number NL07RABO0191973599 Personal Development Center - Lore. Nieuw Vennep. Please enter your name and surname or invoice number in the transfer title.
3.2. If the course fee is divided into installments, the amount must be paid within the deadline set by the Personal Development Center - Lore.
3.3 After the payment deadline set by Lore has expired, we reserve the right to transfer the case to an appropriate debt collection company. This point applies to each service provided by the Personal Development Center -Lore.
4. Absences
4.1. If the student is absent from classes, the classes will be treated by the Personal Development Center - Lore as completed classes. There are no refunds for missed classes.
4.1a. If the Personal Development Center - Lore teacher is absent from classes, the student will not bear any consequences.
4.2. An attendance list is required for classes. If the course takes place at the workplace or at the request of the employer of a given organization, the attendance list is additionally signed by the course participants and a copy is provided to the employer.
4.3. Cancellation policy (psychotherapy):
In order to respect the therapists' time, we would like to inform you that cancellation of a session takes place no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session date.
Failure to cancel, late cancellation or no-show on visit will result in the obligation to pay the full amount for the unused session.
5. Civil liability
5.1. Personal Development Center - Lore is not liable for any damage caused by course participants at the Personal Development Center - Lore, or for cancellation of the contract by the Personal Development Center - Lore, unless it is proven that the Personal Development Center - Lore is directly at fault.
5.2. In the event that Personal Development Center - Lore is held liable for any damages, compensation for damages shall not exceed the amount specified on the invoice.
5.3. Indirect damages are not subject to compensation.
6. Applicable Law
6.1. All offers and contracts between the client and the Personal Development Center - Lore are subject to Dutch law.
6.2. Any disagreement arising between both parties due to the offer, contract terms or other factors to which the general terms and conditions apply will be resolved by a Dutch court.
